Navigating Life with Confidence
Life as a teen or college student can feel like too much. Between classes, relationships, and the pressure to figure out who you are, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and stuck in your own head. Maybe your anxiety keeps you up at night or your self-talk tears you down no matter how hard you try. You’re not broken for feeling this way. These struggles are real, and they can make even small things feel heavy.
I work with high school and college girls who are navigating anxiety, transitions, and relationships. Together we’ll find ways to quiet the negative self-talk, manage the stress, and build healthier relationships so you can actually enjoy where you are in life.
